FLORENCE MANGWE HUTCHFUL
Florence Hutchful is the managing partner of 2MB Consulting Services Limited. She worked for many years in local and inter-national organizations as a Senior HR Practitioner. Florence worked for World Vision International as their Africa Regional Director for Human Resources. Her most recent corporate role was with Standard Chartered Bank as the Area Head of Human Resources for West Africa.
In that role she was responsible for Ghana and had oversight responsibility for Human Resource functions in Cameroun, Cote d’Ivoire, Gambia, Nigeria and Sierra Leone. She has substantial experience with non-profit and voluntary sectors as well.
She is a member of the Institute of Human Resource Management Practitioners , Ghana and is currently a Consultant and trainer and serves on a number of Boards.
BERYL OFORIWA ADU
Beryl is a partner of 2MB Consulting Services Limited. She gained vast experience as a Human Resource Management Practitioner while working for Enfield Racial Council and Her Majesty Wormwood Scrubs Prison in the U.K. She also volunteered for UNAIDS in Sudan and has worked as a consultant for African Relief Agency, Sudan; World Vision International, Zimbabwe and UNFPA, Zimbabwe. Whilst in Zimbabwe, she also taught at Africa Leadership Management Academy (ALMA).
In Accra, Ghana, Beryl Adu has provided HR Consulting services to Massily & Franpac, a private P.E.T. Producing Company at Tema, Ghana. She is also a lecturer at the Maranatha University College at Sowutuom.
Beryl is currently a graduate member of Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) in the UK.
